Rover Mini Insurance?

My brothers 17 and has just got a 1992 Rover Mini 1.3 and id like some recommendations on either specialist mini insurance or classic car insurance that would insure a 17 year old. Any help would be great , Thankyou.

1. www.lancaster.co.uk do specialist Mini insurance policies for members of the Mini owners club but I think they only insure drivers over 20 years old... I use Richardson Hosken for my own classic insurance and have found them very good - they allowed me to insure my car as a vintage even when I didn't have an everyday modern car, which is unusual www.miniownersclub.co.uk would be a good starting point - after all there must be lots of young mini owners out there!
2. 1992 is NOT A CLASSIC use the normal insurance brokers
