how do i nail someone for car insurance fraud?
this woman arranged for her car to be set on fire then she claimed the insurance which was nearly £10 000, i dont know wat the name of the insuring company is so i cant report her directly, does anyone know if there is a way i can get this info? or how i can get an investigation started on her?

- In the US - most states have an insurance fraud hot line and/or an arson hot line. See if you can locate a number for them. Ask your insurance agent. If they don't have the fraud number - your agent can call their claims department and they should be able to give you the number.
- I assume the insurance company is going to do its own investigation and find out how the fire started, and why she didn't call the cops, if she "doesn't know how it started". About 30% of all auto insurance claims are fraud.But, with any crime, you should notify the police.
