1. Depends what country your in. In Ireland it would be Quinn Direct both in the South and the North
2. Admiral and Bell are supposed to be good. Norwich Union is also quite good. It might be a good idea to go to those insurance comparison sites such as confused.com to stop you from having to search through loads of providers yourself

8. Get the number for Adrian Flux Insurance. Cant remember the number but I know they are based at East Wynch Hall, near Kings Lynn. They insured me every year because I could find no cheaper until I was 25 years old. Good Luck.

13. Call Progressive and they will set you up with Drive insurance , I've had them for 5 years and the very reasonable
