Can you please give me the advice on cheap car insurance in MA?

I am buying a car this week with the Indian Licence and would like to get the advice on cheap insurace I can get in MA. I came here recently and in the process of getting MA licence and will drive the car with Indian Licence and International Driving Permit.

1. This will be easy. Massachusetts has complete state rate regulation, so there is no competition for auto insurance. Your rate is set by the state based on your risk profile. Once that's determined...there will be almost no variance of rates by companies... So the bottom line is that in Massachusetts it doesn't matter what company you select you are going to basically get the same rate...which unfortunately because of your state's wacky No-fault auto insurance laws...is going to be among the highest rates in the country.
