Are all-girls or all-boys schools unconstitutional?

You know the civil right's bill of 1964? Well it says that you arn't allowed to exclude people from groups based on race, sex, and some other stuff. So aren't equal-gender schools violating this? And what about the fact that teen boys have to pay extra for car insurance based on statistics about their gender? Discrimination? Private schools don't have to go along with it? Since when? You can't have an all-white private school, can you? Um, is someone at least going to explain?

4. Technically i think you could have an all white or all black or all whatever provate school for one sex or another. Besides.....does it matter nothing is wrong with it if you dont like it go to another school.....not like there isnt plenty of them here.
5. Insurance companies charge rates based on their risks, and guys cause them to pay out more then girls. Same for age btw - get older, and your rates will be lower. Private schools can select who they want if they don't accept any government money (grants, etc.). the reason is because of the freedom of association clause in the Constitution. In some cities, there are public single gender schools. Most predate the 1964 law and may have been grandfathered in. The newer ones are somewhat controversial, and maybe such a case will eventually make its way to the supreme Court to decide. But for now, that hasn't happened, and it is not common, and parents always have choices about whether or not to send their kids to those schools, so it works OK for now.
