Keep in mind these are by no means the best coverage but you asked the cheapest. In most cases you get what you pay for. Personally depending on the year and model of the car I would get liability insurance from a reputable insurance company to make sure my family and friends were covered. On a newer car FULL coverage is a no brainer so that you can cover the cost of replacing your expensive car. On an older inexpensive car liability will cover the person you hits car but not your own, but is much cheaper and if you have a beater it wont matter because the car is less expensive than a full coverage deductible.
